I go here because it's near my workplace, it's cheap, and it gets the job done.. HOWEVER, why do you guys have the place locked up with caution tape around it? Did you go out of business? It's not winter anymore. People wanna wash their cars. Remove your caution tape and unlock the freaking doors. And if you did go out of business, some sort of sign indicating this would be nice.

It was great but a bit cold. The doors won't come down yet not sure why though. The wash bays all take cards but the vacuum machines still use quarters.. blah I'm not sure why with everyone having a card that everything doesn't take a card and cash. Usually if you have to go get cash you never come back and the car wash loses that customer.

Just stopped to get truck washed. It took my $10 then started to put soap on my truck and then stopped. No number to contact anyone. I would not recommend this place at all!!°

I used to come here all the time, then stopped due to constantlybeing out of soap, the bays were gross, etc. They shut down and reopened. I am here now and first thing I noticed was the price went up to 2.50 to start. I just rolled with it... mistake. Out of presoak suds, soap function was not working, the tire cleaner function took a full minute to spray the degreaser, I found nails in the bay, the brush head desperately need replaced. Only reason I give 2 stars is the water pressure was great. It was not what I expected from a remodeled car wash. Never again. I'd love to get my $12 back but I doubt that'll happen either.

I went to the automatic car wash and it accepted my payment, sprayed soap on my car, then never washed my car. I had to then manually wash my car. I had children with me, and was charged over $22 total for my experience. I then contacted Johnny on the Spot over 5 times and Gayla (customer service person) NEVER returned my calls or email. I have been going to the Eldorado location for years...I will never return. All of my business will go to your competitors from now on. I was truly disappointed that no one could simply return a call.
